Terms of Service.

The rules for using HustlPlay, written so a parent and a player can both read them. If anything here is unclear, email us and we’ll explain it in plainer words.

Last updated September 11, 2026

HustlPlay is a recruiting workspace for women’s college soccer. Players and their parents use it to build a profile, choose target schools, email college coaches, and keep track of what happens next. These terms are the agreement between you and HustlPlay, operated by [HustlPlay, LLC], a [Colorado] company (“HustlPlay”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using hustlplay.com, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

01Who can use HustlPlay

You must be at least 13 years old to have an account. HustlPlay is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you learn that someone under 13 has an account, email us and we’ll remove it.

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use HustlPlay, and they must agree to these terms on your behalf. Parents can open a parent account linked to their player. A parent account can see the player’s profile, target list, and progress, but it never shows the player’s email threads with coaches.

One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure and don’t share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

02Your account

Accounts are created with Google sign-in; we don’t store a password for you. During setup you’ll add a dedicated recruiting email address that coach replies are delivered to. You agree to check that inbox, or have a parent check it, regularly.

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@hustlplay.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after giving you notice when we reasonably can.

03Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan lets you build a profile, browse programs, and set your negotiables at no cost. The Player plan is a subscription billed monthly or annually and unlocks coach contact details, outreach, tracking, and the rest of the workspace. A family add-on adds an extra player to the same subscription for an additional charge per player. Ask the Recruiting Pro is a separate paid add-on, described in section 5.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Current prices are on the pricing page; if we change a price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.

You can cancel anytime from your account page, with no penalty. Monthly plans stay active until the end of the current month and then stop. Annual plans are non-refundable, but you keep full access through the end of the year you paid for. When a subscription ends, your account drops back to the Free plan and your data stays put.

04Emailing coaches

HustlPlay lets you compose and send emails to college coaches from inside the app. Every email is written and sent by you or your parent. We never email coaches on your behalf, and we never send messages you didn’t choose to send.

To show you what happened after you hit send, we add tracking to those emails: a small image that reports when the message is opened, and links that report when they’re clicked. Replies are routed through a HustlPlay reply address so we can mark the conversation as answered, then forwarded to your recruiting inbox. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Coaches are busy people and their inboxes are not a numbers game. You agree not to use HustlPlay to spam, harass, or pester coaches, to send the same message over and over, or to contact a coach who has asked you to stop. We may limit or suspend sending for accounts that do.

05Ask the Recruiting Pro

Ask the Recruiting Pro is a paid add-on where you send questions about your own recruiting and a member of the HustlPlay team writes back. It’s a real person, not a chatbot, and the answers are based on experience guiding families through the process.

Those answers are guidance, not a guarantee. They are not legal, financial, medical, or academic-eligibility advice, and they don’t promise any outcome with any coach, program, or governing body. Decisions about your recruiting are yours to make.

06No guarantees about recruiting

HustlPlay is a tool. It can make your process more organized, more intentional, and easier to run. It cannot promise you a roster spot, an offer, a scholarship, or a reply from any coach, and we don’t claim otherwise.

Our Alignment matching scores programs against the preferences you tell us about. It is a starting point for your own research, not a prediction of where you will or should play.

Coach names, titles, emails, and school details come from public sources and change constantly. We work to keep them current, but some will be out of date or wrong. Double-check before you rely on them, and tell us when you spot an error so we can fix it.

07Acceptable use

When you use HustlPlay you agree to:

  • Tell the truth in your profile, including your grad year, club, school, and academics.
  • Not impersonate anyone: not another player, a parent, a coach, or a school.
  • Keep to one account per person, and not let others use yours.
  • Not scrape, crawl, copy, or bulk-export the coach directory, school data, or any other part of the service, whether by hand or with software.
  • Not upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don’t have the right to share.
  • Not try to break into, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

If you break these rules we may remove content, limit features, or close your account. If something is seriously wrong we may do that without warning.

08Your content and your public profile

Everything you put into HustlPlay (your profile, notes, emails, calendar, video links) is yours. You give us permission to store, display, and send it as needed to run the service for you, and nothing more.

You can turn on a public recruiting profile at hustlplay.com/v/your-name. When it’s on, anyone with the link can see it, including coaches you haven’t contacted. It never shows your phone number or personal email address. You can turn it off anytime from your profile page.

We don’t host video. Highlight links point to Hudl, YouTube, PlayMetrics, or wherever you keep them, and those sites’ own terms apply there.

09Our content

The HustlPlay name, design, guides, templates, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them within the service for your own recruiting. You may not resell them, republish the Recruiting Process guide, or build a competing product from them. Email templates are meant to be edited and sent by you; that’s fine.

10Disclaimers and limits on liability

HustlPlay is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we make no warranties beyond what the law requires.

To the fullest extent the law allows, HustlPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, offers, scholarships, or roster spots. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don’t allow these limits, so some of this may not apply to you.

11Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Colorado], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you have a problem, please email hello@hustlplay.com first. We’d much rather sort it out directly, and we’ll make a real effort to. If we can’t resolve it informally within 60 days, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in [Colorado], and you agree those courts have jurisdiction.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make a meaningful change we’ll email account holders and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use HustlPlay after a change means you accept the new terms. We keep prior versions and will send you one on request.
